To start the installation process, we clean and inspect your existing concrete for damage. Any damage that’s discovered, such as cracks or chipping, will be repaired by our team. Next, we’ll start the floor preparation. This involves using a floor grinder with a diamond grinding wheel to grind down the concrete, ensuring an appropriate bond between the concrete and epoxy. After surface prep, we’ll mix and pour the epoxy resin in several layers until the desired thickness is reached. Then, we’ll finish the floor with a clear epoxy topcoat, and you’ll need to give it 72 hours to cure.
